If you are a subscriber to the BAS Digital Platform, our service department will keep tabs on incoming notifications about any events.


We will assist you remotely or by scheduling a repair visit and send any parts you may require. 


We recommend you to purchase a critical spare part kit and a spare chair, one of the main benefits of the BAS E-LIFTER being you can quickly exchange a whole chair. 

Expert training for uptime and performance

As a supplement or alternative to our Service Agreement, BAS E-LIFTERS can train your maintenance crew and operators, enabling them to keep the lifter(s) at the same high level of performance. 


After training, your technicians will have sufficient in-house knowledge to calibrate the lifter, deliver first line support and execute preventive maintenance.


In combination with the right spare parts kit, equipment lifetime is guaranteed and yield, availability and productivity are maximized, translating into higher profit.

OEM parts reduce cost of ownership

BAS E-LIFTERS are designed to reduce the cost of ownership to the minimum. For this purpose, highly reliable components and wear resistant parts are used where possible. Disruptions and wear however can not be fully eliminated.


For customers who want to proactively manage maintenance activities, we offer: 


  • Standard spare parts kit. The kit includes consumable parts for preventive maintenance as well as the critical spares to quickly react to downtime. 
  • Because of the modular build replacing one of the chairs only takes one person 30 minutes, using the tools we supply. 
  • Spare parts kit, specifically tailored to your equipment on site.
  • Service agreements. When you sign a BAS E-LIFTER service agreement, we take responsibility for your maintenance activities, allowing you to focus on your day to day business operations.

A Service Agreement gives you full peace of mind

Correct calibration and maintenance of your equipment according to the Maintenance Plan ensures maximum yield, availability, and productivity. Included in the Service Agreement:


  • Access to BAS Digital Platform, where you will find e-learning materials, manuals, drawings, and dashboards with data about your bin lifter(s)
  • Standards spare parts kit. This kit includes consumable parts for preventive maintenance as well as the critical spares to quickly react to downtime. 
  • Advanced spare parts kit, specifically tailored to your equipment on site. 
  • Repair & Exchange program.  In case of a broken lifter, you can deliver it to our workshop and take a spare lifter instead until yours is repaired.* 

When you sign a BAS E-LIFTER service agreement, we take responsibility for your maintenance activities and replenish used parts, allowing you to focus on your day-to-day business operations.
